Prayer and Funds for Youth Group going to Paraguay

As many of you know, our church has a busy summer in many ways. Our youth pastor just got back from Africa, heads out next week to do work in Kenmore with the youth group, and then heads out to Paraguay in early July. The missionary couple in Paraguay just made them aware of a great need for supplies before the team can do the work... They will be tiling a floor down there and need additional funds for the supplies. The missions team is in need of funds for their work project in Paraguay. Please pray that God would raise the funds for plane tickets and in-country expenses as well as this new need for supplies once they arrive... Pray also how God might want you to support them....

Paraguay Missions Trip Fundraiser Dinner

I just wanted to invite you to a wonderful dinner tomorrow night, June 13th, at VLBF to support our Paraguay Missions trip and Project Shine. We will start dinner around 6:30 p.m. and conclude the evening with a short video from the Africa Team. It will be a wonderful night of fellowship and great food and an opportunity to bless those going on missions trips this summer. Thanks for being used by God.

Share Experiences in Sunday Service

Thank you all for your support of our Africa Trip and our team. We have been truly blessed by your prayers and gifts that made our trip possible. We are excited that we have an opportunity to be a blessing to you by sharing our experiences with you this Sunday in two different services. Sunday morning our worship service will be a little different- with a testimony by Susan, a short challenge from the Word of God combined with experiences from his trip by Brother Jacob, and a short challenge from the Word of God and applications learned from his trip by Pastor Brad. Then in the evening service (at 6:30 p.m.) we will have all 7 of the team members share what God taught them from the trip. Please come and join us for one or both of these services as we worship together because we know your heart will be blessed, your spirit challenged and your knowledge of God's work deepened.
